GENERAL FEATURES
Black Box has been developed to surpass the limits of traditional hydronic cassettes. It combines Italian design, high energy efficiency, and silent operation in a compact and versatile solution that adapts to multiple configurations and installations.
Construction and Components
Carpentry
The unit is constructed with a high-strength casing made of galvanised steel, designed to ensure high durability against corrosion and mechanical wear. Its compact and robust design allows for integration into different types of installations, both in technical spaces and in false ceilings. The panels are completely removable, which facilitates access to internal components for maintenance, inspection, or cleaning operations, reducing intervention times and operational costs. Additionally, it incorporates a condensate tray with an optimised design to ensure proper water drainage and prevent unwanted accumulations.
Thermal exchange batteries
The batteries are constructed with high-conductivity copper tubes and aluminium fins specially designed to maximise the thermal exchange surface. This assembly allows for high performance in both cooling and heating modes, optimising the energy consumption of the equipment. The design of the fins also promotes proper air distribution and minimises pressure losses, ensuring greater overall system efficiency.
Hydraulic circuit
The hydraulic circuit is designed to provide stable and efficient operation, with optimised connections that facilitate its integration into existing systems. It includes components prepared to withstand high working pressures and ensure uniform distribution of the thermal fluid in the battery. The configuration of the circuit allows for minimising pressure losses and improving performance under real operating conditions.
Ventilation
The equipment incorporates high-performance fans designed to ensure a constant airflow and homogeneous distribution in the treated space. Depending on the version, the system can operate at different speeds or via a modulating signal, adapting to the specific needs of the installation. Its design is aimed at reducing noise levels and vibrations, improving acoustic comfort in residential, commercial, or tertiary applications.
Control and regulation
It features advanced control systems that allow for precise management of the equipment's operation. The available versions include speed control or via an analogue signal 0-10 VDC, which facilitates integration into building management systems (BMS). This regulation capability allows for adapting the equipment's performance to the thermal demand at any given moment, optimising energy consumption and improving the overall efficiency of the installation.
Insulation and noise level
The design of the equipment incorporates solutions aimed at reducing noise levels, including anti-vibration supports and an optimised arrangement of internal components. This allows for minimising the transmission of vibrations and significantly reducing noise during operation, ensuring a high level of comfort in occupied spaces.
Installation and maintenance
The equipment has been designed to facilitate both installation and maintenance. Its compact design allows for easy placement in different configurations, while the front access to the components reduces the time required for technical interventions. Key elements have been strategically arranged to allow for quick replacement or inspection, ensuring greater system availability over time.
