GENERAL FEATURES
The HMA Z series is designed for applications where simultaneous control of humidity and air temperature is necessary. Thanks to the integrated water battery, it allows operation in combination with hydraulic systems, improving overall performance and ensuring optimal comfort conditions in demanding installations.
Construction and Components
Carpentry
The structure of the HMA Z units is made of high-strength galvanised steel sheet, designed to ensure high durability even in demanding environments. The panels are removable, facilitating access to all internal components for maintenance and inspection operations. The internal insulation is optimised to minimise thermal losses and reduce noise levels during operation.
Refrigeration circuit
The refrigeration circuit incorporates high-quality components in accordance with European regulations, using refrigerant R410A. It includes a dehydrator filter, expansion valve, safety pressure switches, and Schrader-type service valves to facilitate maintenance tasks. The design of the circuit is optimised to maximise energy efficiency and ensure stable operation under different load conditions.
Compressors
Equipped with high-performance compressors, designed to offer reliability and a long service life. They incorporate integrated thermal protections and are mounted on anti-vibration supports that reduce the transmission of vibrations to the unit, thereby decreasing noise levels and improving acoustic comfort.
Heat exchangers
The evaporator and condenser coils are constructed with copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminium fins, optimised to maximise heat exchange. The design favours high performance even in high humidity conditions, ensuring effective and consistent dehumidification.
Ventilation
High-performance centrifugal fans, selected to provide a constant airflow and adapt to ducted installations. They allow for maintaining adequate available pressures for air distribution, ensuring proper renewal and treatment of the air in the conditioned space.
Filtration
Integrated air filtration system with easily removable filters, ensuring proper indoor air quality and protecting the internal components of the equipment from dust and particles. The design facilitates periodic cleaning without the need for special tools.
Hydraulic system
The units incorporate water batteries designed for integration with climate control systems, especially underfloor heating/cooling. The hydraulic circuit is prepared to ensure efficient thermal exchange, with optimised pressure losses and compatibility with different installation configurations.
Control and regulation
Control via an advanced microprocessor that allows precise management of dehumidification, ventilation, and interaction with the hydraulic system. It includes protection functions, automatic regulation, and the possibility of integration with external control systems for centralised management of the installation.
