Construction and Components
Carpentry
The HDA series units are made of galvanised steel sheet with anti-corrosion treatment, specially designed to withstand humid and aggressive environments such as indoor swimming pools. The exterior finish is achieved through powder coating, providing high durability and wear resistance. Its compact design allows for wall or technical room installation, optimising the available space.
Refrigeration circuit
The refrigeration circuit operates through direct expansion with R410A refrigerant, ensuring high performance in high humidity conditions. It incorporates components from leading brands, including an expansion valve, a dehydrator filter, and service valves, ensuring reliability, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance.
Compressor
Equipped with high-performance hermetic compressors, designed for continuous operation. They include internal thermal protection and are mounted on anti-vibration supports that reduce the transmission of vibrations and the noise level of the equipment.
Condenser and evaporator
The heat exchange coils are made with copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminium fins, optimised to maximise thermal transfer. The design favours proper drainage of condensates, preventing accumulations and improving the durability of the system.
Heat recovery
During the dehumidification process, the equipment partially recovers the heat generated, using it to maintain the temperature of the treated air. This system improves overall energy performance and reduces the electrical consumption of the installation.
Ventilation
Low-noise centrifugal fans, designed to provide a constant airflow and uniform distribution within the space. High-efficiency motors ensure reliable operation with reduced energy consumption.
Air filtration
They incorporate easily accessible air filters for cleaning or replacement, allowing for the maintenance of air quality and protecting the internal components of the equipment from particles and dirt.
Electronic control
Microprocessor-controlled system that automatically regulates ambient humidity, managing the operation of the compressor and fans. It allows for easy use and ensures stable and efficient operation.
Electrical panel
Integrated electrical panel in accordance with European regulations, equipped with circuit breakers, control relays, and safety elements. It has terminals for electrical connection and external control.
Safety and protections
The units include protection systems such as high and low pressure switches, thermal protection for the compressor, and automatic defrost control. These elements ensure safe operation and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
