GENERAL FEATURES
The HBA series dehumidifiers have been specifically designed for humidity control in indoor pools, where it is essential to maintain stable temperature and humidity conditions to ensure comfort and prevent condensation. They incorporate a heat recovery system and water battery that allows for the use of energy from the treated air, reducing the overall energy consumption of the installation.

Construction and Components
Carpentry
All units in the HBA series are made from hot-dip galvanised steel and coated with powder paint that has been polymerised in an oven at 180ºC, ensuring high resistance to corrosion and allowing installation in aggressive environments such as indoor swimming pools. The structure is designed with fully removable panels to facilitate access to internal components, reducing maintenance and technical intervention times.
Refrigeration circuit
The refrigeration circuit operates by direct expansion with R410A refrigerant and includes a compressor, evaporator, condenser, and expansion thermostatic valve. The system is designed to ensure reliable operation in high humidity conditions, incorporating a solenoid valve for hot gas injection into the evaporator coil in case of ice formation, thus optimising defrost cycles.
Ventilation
The units are equipped with centrifugal fans designed to ensure a constant airflow and stable operation with low pressure losses. The system is optimised to work in ducted installations, maintaining proper air distribution for both supply and return.
Air filtration
The filtration system consists of synthetic fibre filters without electrostatic charge, easily removable for cleaning and maintenance. They offer an ISO ePM10 50% efficiency according to EN ISO 16890 standards, ensuring adequate indoor air quality and protection of the equipment components.
Heat recovery and water battery
The units incorporate a heat recovery system that allows the reuse of thermal energy from the extracted air during the dehumidification process. Additionally, they can integrate a hot water battery for the post-treatment of the air, allowing connection with external thermal systems and improving the overall energy efficiency of the installation.
Microprocessor and control
All units are equipped with a microprocessor for complete management of the equipment, including compressor timing, control of defrost cycles, and alarm management. The system features LED indicators that allow for visualisation of the operating status and quick detection of possible anomalies.
Electrical panel
The electrical panel is constructed in accordance with European directives 2014/35 and 2014/30, and incorporates a main switch with door lock, magnetothermal protections for the compressor and fan, control relays, and fuses for the auxiliary circuit. It also includes a terminal block for remote ON/OFF control, facilitating integration into external systems.
Safety devices
The units incorporate various protection systems such as a high-pressure pressure switch with automatic reset, thermal protection for the compressor and fan, and a defrost sensor that optimises operation in low temperature and high humidity conditions.
