GENERAL FEATURES
The FH and GH series dehumidifiers are designed to work with underfloor heating systems, providing precise humidity control and ensuring optimal comfort conditions. They incorporate pre and post treatment batteries that allow for adjustment of the treated air temperature, even when operating without hydraulic support.
Main Components
Construction and Components
Joinery
All units in the FH-GH series are made of hot-dip galvanised sheet metal to ensure the best resistance to corrosion. The framework consists of removable panels to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the internal components. The condensate tray is supplied as standard with all units and is made of plastic for model 25, and sheet metal for models 50-100-200.
Refrigeration circuit
The refrigeration circuit is made with components from leading international companies and in accordance with current regulations. The refrigerant gas used is R134A (model 25) and R407C (models 50-100-200). The circuit includes a dehydrator filter, expansion capillaries, and a Schrader valve for maintenance and control.
Compressors
The compressors are of the reciprocating type (for model 25) or the rotary type (for models 50-100-200), with a thermal protection relay. The compressor is mounted on a rubber anti-vibration support to reduce noise and vibrations.
Condensers and evaporators
The condensation and evaporation coils are made with copper tubing and aluminium fins. The tube has a diameter of 3/8” and the thickness of the fins is 0.1 mm.
Ventilation
Centrifugal fans designed to ensure a constant airflow and efficient operation in ducted installations.
Filtration
Easily removable air filters for cleaning, ensuring adequate air quality and protection of internal components.
