GENERAL FEATURES
The SMA series has been designed for commercial and industrial applications where a high dehumidification capacity and reliable operation in demanding conditions are required. These units ensure precise humidity control, preventing problems of condensation, corrosion, or material deterioration in industrial facilities, warehouses, production processes, and large volume spaces. Thanks to its optimised design, the SMA series offers high performance with low energy consumption, ensuring continuous and stable operation even under variable load conditions.
Construction and Components
Structure and carpentry
The SMA units are made with high-strength galvanised steel panels with anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring durability even in aggressive industrial environments.
Its robust design allows it to withstand continuous operating conditions and provides high structural rigidity, reducing vibrations and improving the stability of the equipment.
Refrigeration circuit
The refrigeration circuit uses R410A refrigerant and is optimised to deliver high performance and reliability. It incorporates quality components such as expansion valves, dehydrator filters, and pressure control systems.
It is designed to ensure operational stability and energy efficiency in intensive use applications.
Compressors
Equipped with high-performance compressors designed for continuous operation, they offer high efficiency and reliability in demanding conditions.
They are mounted on anti-vibration supports that reduce noise and improve the durability of the system.
Heat exchange batteries
The batteries are made with high-efficiency copper tubes and aluminium fins, optimised to maximise thermal exchange and dehumidification capacity.
They allow for consistent performance even in variable temperature and humidity conditions.
Ventilation
High-performance centrifugal fans designed to provide a constant airflow and adapt to ducted or ambient installations.
They ensure a homogeneous distribution of treated air throughout the space.
Filtration
Filtration system using easily accessible filters, designed to protect internal components and improve air quality.
Defrosting system
Automatic defrost system that prevents ice formation in the evaporator, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
Control and regulation
Microprocessor control system that automatically regulates operating parameters, optimising energy consumption and ensuring system stability.
