GENERAL FEATURES
The SHA series is designed for applications in indoor pools and spaces with high humidity load, where it is essential to ensure precise control of environmental conditions and avoid condensation phenomena. These units allow for the maintenance of optimal relative humidity levels, preventing the formation of condensation on walls, ceilings, and glazed surfaces, as well as the appearance of mould and corrosion of structural elements. This contributes to improving both the durability of the installations and the comfort of users. Thanks to their compact design and high reliability, the SHA series can be easily integrated into existing installations, functioning as an independent system or in combination with air conditioning equipment. The units are designed to operate continuously under demanding conditions, offering stable operation, low noise levels, and efficient management of treated air in pool installations and wellness centres.
Construction and Components
Carpentry
The structure of the SHA units is made from high-quality galvanised steel sheet, protected by a powder coating treatment that ensures high resistance to corrosion and the aggressive environments typical of indoor swimming pools. The chassis design ensures great structural rigidity and facilitates the integration of the equipment in different installation configurations, while maintaining a compact and functional appearance.
Refrigeration circuit
The refrigeration circuit is designed to provide stable and efficient operation in high humidity conditions, using R410A refrigerant. It incorporates highly reliable components such as a hermetic compressor, expansion valve, dehydrator filter, safety pressure switches, and control elements that ensure the correct operation of the system and protect the equipment against abnormal conditions.
Compressors
The equipment is equipped with high-efficiency rotary compressors, selected to ensure continuous and reliable operation. They are mounted on anti-vibration supports that reduce the transmission of vibrations to the structure, decreasing noise levels and improving comfort in the installation environment.
Heat exchangers
The evaporator and condenser coils are made with copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminium fins, optimised to maximise heat exchange. Their design allows for high dehumidification performance even under demanding conditions, ensuring stability and continuity in the process.
Ventilation
Equipped with high-performance centrifugal fans, the SHA units ensure a constant airflow and a homogeneous distribution of treated air. They are designed to adapt to both ambient installations and ducted systems, maintaining suitable available pressures for different network configurations.
Filtration
The filtration system incorporates easily removable and reusable air filters, designed to retain suspended particles and protect the internal components of the equipment. Its maintenance is simple and quick, facilitating periodic operations without the need for special tools.
Defrosting System
The units incorporate control systems that manage the defrost cycles, preventing ice formation on the evaporator and ensuring optimal operation even in unfavourable temperature conditions.
Control and Regulation
The electronic control system using a microprocessor allows for the automatic management of dehumidification, ventilation, and safety cycles. It adjusts the operation of the equipment based on environmental conditions, optimising energy consumption and ensuring precise regulation of relative humidity.
