GENERAL FEATURES
The SBA series is specifically designed for applications in indoor swimming pools and wellness centres, where humidity control is essential to prevent condensation, corrosion, and deterioration of the facilities. These units allow for the maintenance of optimal environmental conditions, improving user comfort and protecting the building structure.
Construction and Components
Structure and carpentry
The units in the SBA series are made of galvanised steel sheet with specific anti-corrosion treatments, making them particularly suitable for aggressive environments such as indoor swimming pools and wellness areas. Their structural design ensures high mechanical rigidity and a long service life, even in constant humidity conditions. The configuration with removable panels facilitates access to internal components, simplifying maintenance tasks and reducing intervention times.
Refrigeration circuit
The refrigeration circuit is designed to ensure optimal performance in high ambient humidity conditions. It uses R410A refrigerant and high-quality components such as hermetic compressors, expansion valves, and pressure control systems. This setup guarantees high energy efficiency and great operational reliability, even in continuous operation.
Compressors
The equipment incorporates high-performance compressors specifically selected for dehumidification applications. They are mounted on anti-vibration supports that significantly reduce noise levels and vibration transmission, ensuring stable and quiet operation. Additionally, they include thermal protections that enhance the safety and durability of the system.
Heat exchangers
The heat exchangers are constructed with copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminium fins, optimised to maximise thermal exchange in high humidity conditions. Their design allows for effective and constant dehumidification, reducing the possibility of unwanted condensations and improving the overall performance of the equipment.
Ventilation
The SBA series incorporates high-performance fans designed to ensure a constant airflow and a uniform distribution of treated air. These fans allow for both ambient installation and connection to duct networks, adapting to different installation configurations.
Control system
The electronic control system using a microprocessor allows for precise management of all operating parameters. It automatically regulates the dehumidification cycles, optimising energy consumption and maintaining environmental conditions within the desired values. Its interface facilitates the configuration and monitoring of the equipment.
Corrosion protection
Given the application environment, the equipment incorporates treatments and materials resistant to corrosion, especially in components exposed to humid and chlorinated air. This ensures the durability of the equipment and reduces the need for long-term maintenance.
Maintenance
The design of the equipment is aimed at facilitating preventive and corrective maintenance. Access to filters, batteries, and main components is quick and easy, allowing for reduced downtime and ensuring continuous operation of the system in critical installations such as swimming pools.
