GENERAL FEATURES

The NSA series is designed for residential and commercial applications where efficient humidity control is required with compact, quiet, and easy-to-install equipment. These units offer an optimal balance between performance, energy consumption, and acoustic comfort. Thanks to their optimised design, NSA equipment allows for the maintenance of adequate humidity levels in indoor spaces, preventing condensation, mould issues, and improving air quality. Their compact size and ease of installation make them ideal for integration into homes, offices, commercial premises, and small installations, ensuring reliable and continuous operation.

Construction and Components

Structural design

The NSA series features a compact and functional design, developed to facilitate its integration in residential and commercial environments. The casing is made of high-quality metal panels with anti-corrosion treatment, ensuring durability and resistance even in environments with high relative humidity.

The optimised design of the unit allows for a reduction in the equipment's volume without affecting its performance, facilitating installation in confined spaces and improving its adaptability to different types of projects.

Refrigeration circuit

The refrigeration circuit uses R410A refrigerant and has been designed to provide stable, efficient, and quiet operation. It incorporates highly reliable components such as a hermetic compressor, expansion valve, dehydrator filter, and pressure control devices.

The system is optimised to maximise dehumidification capacity with contained energy consumption, ensuring consistent performance under continuous use conditions.

Compressor

The NSA units incorporate high-performance compressors specially selected for comfort applications. These compressors stand out for their low noise level, high energy efficiency, and great operational reliability.

The mounting on anti-vibration supports reduces the transmission of vibrations to the structure, contributing to quiet and stable operation, ideal for inhabited environments.

Heat exchange batteries

The batteries are constructed with copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminium fins, designed to maximise thermal exchange and optimise the condensation process of water vapour.

This design allows for high levels of performance in moisture extraction, even under variable temperature and load conditions.

Ventilation

The units incorporate low-noise fans, designed to ensure a homogeneous distribution of air in the treated environment. Their optimised operation guarantees a balance between air flow, available pressure, and acoustic comfort.

This allows for use in noise-sensitive spaces such as homes, offices, or commercial premises.

Filtration system

The filtration system is designed to improve indoor air quality by retaining suspended particles, dust, and other pollutants.

The filters are easily accessible and removable, allowing for quick and simple maintenance without the need for specialised tools.

Defrosting system

The NSA series incorporates automatic defrost control systems that prevent ice formation on the evaporator, ensuring continuous and stable operation even in moderately low temperature conditions.

This system allows for the optimisation of work cycles and maintains the efficiency of the equipment at all times.

Control and regulation

The integrated electronic control allows for precise management of all operating parameters of the equipment, including dehumidification and ventilation cycles.

Its intuitive interface facilitates the adjustment of the desired humidity, optimising energy consumption and ensuring stable environmental conditions at all times.
